Tus derechos conforme al RGPD
El Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD) te reconocen una serie de derechos sobre tus datos personales. En Crumi nos comprometemos a facilitar su ejercicio de forma sencilla.

Tus derechos
Derecho de Acceso (art. 15 RGPD)
Tienes derecho a obtener confirmación de si estamos tratando tus datos y, en su caso, acceder a ellos junto con información sobre finalidades, categorías de datos, destinatarios y plazos de conservación.
Derecho de Rectificación (art. 16 RGPD)
Tienes derecho a corregir datos inexactos o incompletos. Puedes modificar muchos de tus datos directamente desde tu perfil en la App.
Derecho de Supresión — "Derecho al Olvido" (art. 17 RGPD)
Puedes solicitar la eliminación de tus datos cuando ya no sean necesarios, retires el consentimiento o hayan sido tratados ilícitamente. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta directamente desde la App (Ajustes → Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta).
Derecho de Oposición (art. 21 RGPD)
Tienes derecho a oponerte en cualquier momento al tratamiento de tus datos basado en nuestro interés legítimo.
Derecho a la Limitación del Tratamiento (art. 18 RGPD)
Puedes solicitar que limitemos el tratamiento de tus datos mientras se verifica su exactitud, se resuelve una oposición o mientras los necesitas para el ejercicio o defensa de reclamaciones.
Derecho a la Portabilidad (art. 20 RGPD)
Tienes derecho a recibir tus datos en formato estructurado, de uso común y lectura mecánica (por ejemplo, JSON), y a transmitirlos a otro responsable.
Derecho a no ser objeto de decisiones automatizadas (art. 22 RGPD)
Crumi no toma decisiones basadas únicamente en tratamiento automatizado que produzcan efectos jurídicos significativos sobre ti.
Derecho a retirar el consentimiento
Puedes retirar tu consentimiento (por ejemplo, para notificaciones push) en cualquier momento sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento previo.
Cómo ejercer tus derechos
Envía tu solicitud a hello@crumi.app con asunto "Ejercicio de derechos RGPD" incluyendo:
- Tu nombre y apellidos.
- El derecho que deseas ejercer.
- Copia de tu documento de identidad o método equivalente de verificación.
Responderemos en el plazo máximo de un mes. El ejercicio de los derechos es gratuito.

Your rights
Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it together with information about purposes, data categories, recipients and retention periods.
Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected. You can update many of your details directly from your profile in the App.
Right to Erasure — "Right to be Forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR)
You can request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, or it has been unlawfully processed. You can delete your account directly from the App (Settings → Account → Delete account).
Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data based on our legitimate interests.
Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You can request that we restrict the processing of your data while its accuracy is being verified, an objection is being resolved, or you need it for the establishment or defence of legal claims.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (e.g., JSON) and to transmit it to another controller.
Right not to be subject to automated decisions (Art. 22 GDPR)
Crumi does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legally significant effects on you.
Right to withdraw consent
You may withdraw your consent (e.g., for push notifications) at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
How to exercise your rights
Send your request to hello@crumi.app with the subject line "GDPR rights request" including:
- Your full name.
- The right you wish to exercise.
- A copy of your identity document or equivalent verification method.
We will respond within a maximum of one month. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
